Our BA + PM Talent Pathway combines Business Analysis Foundations and Project Management Foundations into a structured programme that builds:

  • Understanding how organisations, processes and systems fit together

  • Turning business problems into clear goals, requirements and user stories

  • Stakeholder conversations, basic interviewing techniques and active listening

  • Visualising processes and data flows with simple diagrams and maps

Project Management Foundations

  • Planning and breaking down work into tasks, backlogs and milestones

  • Scheduling, simple tracking and progress reporting

  • Basics of Agile and more traditional approaches, and when to use which

  • Running check-ins, stand-ups and review sessions that respect people’s time

Applied Project Simulations

  • Learners work through a practical change scenario, combining BA and PM skills:

    • clarifying objectives

    • mapping “as-is” and “to-be”

    • shaping a simple plan and risks log

    • presenting recommendations and status clearly to a “stakeholder” panel.
